When dentists remove or place amalgam fillings, small particles containing mercury, silver, tin, and copper are released into the wastewater. The amalgam separator captures these particles before the water leaves the Fimet Cabinet Suction or dental unit.

Suction line and -system disinfection configurations

Suction line and -system disinfection configurations are integrated into a dental suction system so that the internal tubing, hoses, and connections are regularly treated with a disinfecting agent. Using a replaceable disinfection fluid bag that lasts up to 2–3 months, it ensures consistent hygiene and safe operation — every day, for every patient.
