We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to support and develop our sales operations in a growing international market. This is a permanent, full-time role offering both technical and commercial growth in a people-first organization. This position emphasizes proactivity, strong collaboration, and excellent communication – all essential to succeeding in an international, partner-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our dealer network, with a primary focus on the French market, where we expect strong growth in the coming years. You will be responsible for driving sales performance and building long-term partnerships in this strategically important region.
Your key tasks will include:
- Managing and optimizing dealer pricing systems
- Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share
- Leading dealer negotiations and contract processes
- Establishing distributor compliance protocols and qualification systems
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing business development coaching to dealers
- Collaborating with the training team to deliver structured training programs
- Analyzing sales data to support strategic decision-making
- Managing national and regional bidding processes
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- University degree (BSc or MSc), preferably in a technical field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or channel management within the medical technology industry (experience in the dental sector is a plus)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong market insight and ability to anticipate trends
- Proactive, self-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in international settings
- Analytical mindset with confident decision-making capabilities
- Fluent in French and English (professional level), and at least conversational Finnish
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU
